  • CAN WE STILL WORK TOGETHER IF I DON'T LIVE IN ATLANTA?

    Yes — most of my clients do not live in Atlanta, so products are shipped to me and then I shoot and return the products. I’m very communicative during your project, so you won’t need to attend the shoot.

  • HOW QUICKLY CAN I GET MY IMAGES?

    Projects are typically completed in 10-14 business days, but turnaround time depends on a number of factors such as how many pieces you have, how complex the pieces are to shoot and edit, and the number of other projects in my queue. Projects are completed on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you need the images by a certain date, make sure I have the items in-hand with enough time to meet your deadline. Every day matters, so don't wait — you could get bumped to last in line.

  • DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?

    Yes! I also accept most forms of payment such as PayPal, Venmo, Square Cash/Cash.me, Chase QuickPay and Zelle. Payment in full must be received before return of your items.

  • HOW DO I RECEIVE MY IMAGES?

    After final payment I will send a WeTransfer link so that you can download and store your images wherever and however you like. I do keep backups of images for up to 1 year, though it is your responsibility to store and backup your own images. I will provided images again as a courtesy up to one year after project completion.

  • DO YOU ONLY WORK WITH JEWELRY DESIGNERS?

    I enjoy working with all kinds of product-based brands. You can view that work on my stories highlights.

  • WHAT IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE IMAGES?

    I always make reasonable accommodations to make sure you are satisfied. If there is a certain way you'd like your pieces styled or shot, let me know up front so I can do it right the first time. I encourage you to use the Shot List Form at the footer of this website so you can specify the angles or features you want to highlight.
